Delivery policy

How delivery works on Global DropShop stores: sellers book UK carriers directly and share tracking with buyers.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Who delivers your order

Each store on Global DropShop is run by an independent seller. The seller books delivery directly with a UK carrier such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL or Yodel, or delivers the order themselves.

2. Tracking

Once the seller books the parcel, they add the carrier and tracking number to your order. You can then follow the parcel on the carrier's website.

3. Delivery times and charges

Delivery charges and estimated times are set by each seller and shown before you pay. Unless the seller agrees another date with you, orders should arrive within 30 days.

4. Late, lost or damaged parcels

Contact the seller first; they are responsible for the delivery contract with the carrier. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

5. Contact

If you cannot reach a seller, write to support@onecart.uk.com.
